How to set up a Gmail account on your iOS or Android device

Open the Settings menu on your iOS.
From there go to Mail> Account> Add Account and select Google.
This will now automatically take you to the Gmail login page.
Now enter your email address and password.
Once you log in, Google will now ask you to turn on synchronization.
Choose whether you want to turn on synchronization and you’re done with Gmail setup on iOS. This will get you a Gmail account on iOS.
Steps to set up Gmail on Android
Most Android smartphones have a pre-installed Gmail app. Now we’re going to tell you how to set up the Gmail app in your Google Account. Follow the steps below.
Open the Gmail app.
Click on the three horizontal lines from the first page of your Gmail app (Hamburger menu).
It should probably be empty. Click the “Add Account” button.
It will present a few options. Select “Google” from these options.
When you tap on the Google icon, it will ask you to provide information.
Enter your Gmail address and password. Now press the “Confirm” button.
Check “Terms and Conditions” and press Confirm.
